The funny thing about boats is that depending on the waters you're sailing on, the laws change. For example down in Louisiana, there is a boat on with a casino on it. While casinos are outlawed in the United States, since the boat is not technically in the United States, there are no restrictions placed on the existence of the casino and so there are no problems with this casino boat.
